SCHOLARSHIP FOR ST. LINO SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL
SCHOLARSHIP A (100% DEFRAYAL OF THE TOTAL FEES)
Must pass the SLSHS Entrance Test
Average grade of not less than 90%
Valedcitorian / Salutatorian Students
Qualified high school valedictorians and salutatorians must submit the following requirements to the Office for Student Affairs(OSA);

 Accomplished and signed application form (to be secured from OSA);

 Photocopy/Print-out of the SLSHS Entrance Test result (by Office);

 Photocopy of Confirmation of Enrollment Slip;

 Baptismal Certificate (if applicable);

 Photocopy of Form 137/138 (HS Report Card);

 Certification from the school that the student graduated Valedictorian/Salutatorian (Original and with school's dry seal);

 Certification of Good Moral Character;

 Photocopy of SLSHS Registration Form (if enrolled);

 Certification that the student ranks number 1, from the Dean's Office;

 12 copy of 2" x 2" colored ID Picture;
SCHOLARSHIP B (75% FREE)
Must pass the SLSHS Entrance Test
Average grade of not less than 85%
1st - 3rd Honorable Students
Qualified high school valedictorians and salutatorians must submit the following requirements to the Office for Student Affairs(OSA);

 Accomplished and signed application form (to be secured from OSA);

 Photocopy/Print-out of the SLSHS Entrance Test result (by Office);

 Photocopy of Confirmation of Enrollment Slip;

 Baptismal Certificate (if applicable);

 Photocopy of Form 137/138 (HS Report Card);

 Certification from the school that the student graduated 1st Honorable to 3rd Honorable (Original and with school's dry seal);

 Certification of Good Moral Character;

 Certification that the student ranks number 1, from the Dean's Office;

 12 copy of 2" x 2" colored ID Picture;
SCHOLARSHIP C (50%)
Must pass the SLSHS Entrance Test
Average grade of not less than 85%

 Accomplished and signed application form (to be secured from OSA);

 Photocopy/Print-out of the SLSHS Entrance Test result (by Office);

 Photocopy of Confirmation of Enrollment Slip;

 Baptismal Certificate (if applicable);
